Visual Studio 2017 Community Sign In Script Error 'addEventListener' not supported

I just installed the Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition, and encountered issue to sign in where there's a script error saying:

Object doesn't support property or method 'addEventListener'

1.Open "Visual Studio"

3.Register Visual Studio

4.Account options

5.Tab Environment >> Account >> Choose "System web browser"
6.OK
7.Sign in
