Add picture in Powerpoint from Memorystream

Hi, I am trying to add a picture to Powerpoint directly from a Memorystream, i.e. without saving the file to disk. Unfortunately Shapes.AddPicture seems to only accept actual file paths.

I want to use a Memorystream mainly for performance reasons (compared to saving to disk).

I found some quite old topics about this but without any real solution. It seems to be possible in Word and to some extent also in Excel.

Any ideas?
Thanks!
