lol360,

Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Answers community forum.

I would love to help you but I will need a lot more information than what you have provided here.  What exactly is the computer doing when you get this error code?

Is this a blue screen error?  Is it a boot up error?

Is it an error code box that pops up while you are running a particular application and if so what application?

What kind of computer do you have - brand and model?  If self built, what motherboard, RAM, graphics card, hard drive, DVD, etc.

Did this just start happening and if so has any changes been made to your computer recently like new hardware or software installed or updates applied?

Have you ran a full virus scan on it?  If not, here is a good one to use:

Microsoft OneCare: http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm?s_cid=sah/?s_cid=sah or Trend Micro Housecall: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Try the virus scan and the system file checker:

To run the System File Checker tool, follow these steps:

Click Start, and then type cmd in the Start Search box.

Right-click cmd in the Programs list, and then click Run as administrator.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password or click Continue

At the command prompt, type the following line, and then press ENTER:

sfc /scannow

When the scan is complete, test to see whether the issue that you are experiencing is resolved.

Let us know the information requested and we will be better able to assist you.

Thank you,

Gloria
