You will want to use a subselect query. These blogs will help with that.

SCCM query to find PCs with Office installed, but version is not Office 365

I am trying to run a query in SCCM that will return PCs that have some version of office installed, but they don't have Office 365 installed. I am looking to find out what PCs I have left to get upgraded to O365. There is a built in query, but it returns everything. I want to break down Office 32 bit and Office 64 bit. I want to deploy O365 32 bit to the PCs that had 32 bit office installed. And I want to deploy O365 64 bit to PCs that had 64 bit office installed.
Thanks for any info!
