Hi, I'm trying to link my learn.microsoft.com account that is based on my @microsoft email with my personal @harsh.com email, however, when I'm trying to do it, I'm getting an errors saying that my @harsh.com is already registered account. So I signed in to my @harsh.com account and deleted my profile, however, that did not help and I'm still getting the same error. Any idea what I could do? Thanks, Juraj

    Hi @Leon Laude ,

    Thanks for your quick response!

However, this doesn't seem to solve my issue, I can't add work or school email under my @harsh.com .com alias. On top of that, I think the issue is specific to learn.microsoft.com portal, but I'm unable to find a dedicated support option there - anything that would come to your mind please?

    Thanks,
    Juraj

    Hi @Juraj Siska ,

Linking Microsoft accounts is no longer possible, see:

    Linking Microsoft accounts
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/linking-microsoft-accounts-4044c1bc-f436-60eb-9f6d-2bf64a7cc47f

What you could do instead is to create an alias and logon with that alias:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12407/microsoft-account-change-email-phone-number
