Hello! I am running the Windows Certification HLK 2016 OS (Windows HLK, version 1809) testing for a storage product. And there are 5 Failed test cases that I have for Windows Certification 2016 Operating System Fiber Channel test stand, I rerun these 5 test cases for many times and the status on the HLK Studio is always Failed but when I check on the log files (under Run Test/Logs/Te.wtl) of these 5 test cases, the Pass Rate shows on the log file is 100.0% for these 5 test cases. I do not understand the reason why the log file said that it passed 100.00% but the status is Failed. This seems like an issue in the HLK testing tool. Please help me with this issue!

Because when look at the log file it saids that test passed 100% so there is nothing for us to fix. I have applied the latest filters. One observation that I see when looking at these 5 test cases when they are running, for example the test case name "DF - PNP Rebalance Fail Restart Device Test (Development and Integration)" the test said it will take 3 minutes but it takes about 1 hour to finished running.

This issue happens to these 5 test cases inside the HLK Studio tool, the target of these test cases is a Multi-Path Disk Device:
_ DF - Concurrent Hardware And Operating System (CHAOS) Test (Development and Integration)
_ DF - Concurrent Hardware And Operating System (CHAOS) Test (Reliability)
_ DF - PNP Rebalance Fail Restart Device Test (Development and Integration)
_ DF - PNP Rebalance Request New Resources Device Test (Development and Integration)
_ DF - PNP Stop (Rebalance) Device Test (Development and Integration)
