Error code 0x80070057 when pairing bluetooth device

Question

I have 2 pc that i would like to pair via bluetooth dongle. On the 1st computer the name of the 2nd computer has appear, so does the other way around, but when i try to add the device (the 2nd computer to the 1st computer) is says :

Adding the failed resulting in an unknown error, The reported error code is 0x80070057. Contact your device manufacturer for assistance.

Please advice what did i do wrong? Both of the computer are using windows 7.

What is the make and model of the Bluetooth device?

Method 1: 

I would also suggest you to run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter to troubleshoot the device:

Method 2:

If the issue persists I suggest you to install the important and optional Updates on both the computers
