about windows error 2 occured while loading java vm

sir, i am installing NX 10 on windows 8.1. While installing it shows' windows error 2 occured while loading java vm.  What i should do , because i did not found your previous answers helpful

    As per the description, I understand that you are getting an error while installing NX 10 on Windows 8.1 machine. I will certainly help you in fixing this problem.

    I would appreciate if you could help me with more information:

    1. Have you install all the pending Windows update on your PC?
    2. Are you facing the same issue while installing any other software too?
    3. Have you installed the latest Java VM on your PC?

    I would suggest you to check if installing pending updates offered from Windows Update fixes the issue.
