I would appreciate if you could help me with more information:
- Have you install all the pending Windows update on your PC?
- Are you facing the same issue while installing any other software too?
- Have you installed the latest Java VM on your PC?
I would suggest you to check if installing pending updates offered from Windows Update fixes the issue.
