Can't import store listing "Unable to submit. Please try again later."

We are trying to submit our app to microsoft store, as we proceeded to import store listing after uploading the appx package, we encountered this error "Unable to submit. Please try again later." repeatedly almost to the point of irritating us. We have raised a ticket on this issue "SR1518262435", but still yet to receive a reply from them. At loss as how to solve this issue.

- Please make sure all the items in the Submission is in complete status.
- Please try to clean the cache of the browser.
- You could try other browsers like firefox or chrome
- You could try to submit some times later. Does the issue still exist now?

- Deleted my submission three times, filled it three times
- Completed every step
- Deleted cache of the browser
- Tried it in chrome and in-private browser.
- Tried the process throughout yesterday and little earlier today.
Still the same error pops up. Do not understand as how to solve this problem. Have any other ideas Roy.
