    • Where are you trying to verify your employment? Is this on the Azure Portal?
    • Are you following any documentation to verify your employment?
    • Can you share screenshots of what you're seeing?

    I found a related error, this might help resolve your issue, I'll post the solution below.

    Have the contact representative receive the verification email or phone call?

    For this issue, you could create a support ticket through your developer account since this issue which is not general problem need specific account details.

    Please select Account Set up & Management as your Issue Type and submit an incident.

    It seems you have an issue when verifying your developer account. Please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic, and select Account setup and management for issue type. Then you could talk to the store team directly about this.
