Visual Studio for Mac corrupted after installing updates a few minutes ago!

My Xamarin project that I am building using VS for Mac crashed after I installed the updates that were available this morning. I restarted Visual Studio for Mac 2019 and i have the same outcome!!! WTF!!

2020-05-22T12:50:05.847+00:00 I spend more time chasing bugs than I do coding!! A couple of days ago i spent hours trying to fix a error that came out of nowhere involving nuget package incompatibility... Visual Studio for Mac = thumbs down!

We're definitely sorry that you encountered this issue. One thing I can suggest is performing a 'Repair' install of Visual Studio or re-installing the product. However, Visual Studio for Mac community would be the best placed to report your issue.
