I am a site collection admin for a SharePoint Online classic site. Its a huge site of about 1 TB size

We are planning for retention and archival of documents for which we need to generate site report on a regular basis.

This report should contain all the properties of documents looping into each subsite ,library folders.

Basically to identify when were the documents last modified or used.

Site usage just gives a brief overview. To have power shell script I am not a SharePoint admin for my tenant.

    Hi PrajakTaubare

    What is your question ?

I understand that you have a database that require a pre definite learning algorithm to better stream and maintain a great consistence if your instance, while having an exclusive access to your usable documentations on the spot / Archived, ideally from Powershell and reliability is a must.

Powershell can be run from your local terminal in windows 10 with basic installation of the Azure directory api call-redirect function. It can be run from Azure Active Directory 'AAD' there is many option available.

Here i would consider using a Azure ElasticDB with PowerShell
Also what i found helpful is that you can multiply the actual shards in your clusters from each instance that is running. You could set a corporate instance with a private cloud while having the same instance and specification but with less ressource and compliance for basic use. If you are using e.g. encrypted files and want to stream this data in parallel time of the migration, this would be a great choice to consider

Each instance would need to be configured for your specific use. Data Caching will also help for the tracing of archived files and re-writing the backdoor to leave your log trace that you are looking for
e.g. Deleted files from internal user.

If you are not familiar with code, or you feel not confortable doing this part, this can be automated or a Microsoft Partner Network / Specialist would be able to help you regarding the management of the organisation but also show you the good way to build your Ultimate System.
Plotting the data can be tricky and i highly recommend you to start from the beginning to success.

If there is anything unclear with the informations i provide, you can reply to this post and we will guide you.
    Regards, Armand B.
