Access denied to Universal Print blade?

Question

I'm running into an error with Universal Print. I'm using my GA account but I cannot see any connectors nor can I register any printers. In the portal I get this error:

Universal Print is not supported here on QnA. I'd try asking for help in dedicated forums here.
