Azure Cost Management App Power BI

Question

The new version of the Azure Cost Management App states in Overview "You can use the app as is or or you can download it into Power BI Desktop" The download option is not available.

The Usage detail dataset has Tag as Json, which when connect to dataset it only shows [Record] with no option to expand them.

Thanks for the response @Vaibhav Chaudhari ,
I am asking specifically about the Cost Management App published by Microsoft. The overview has you can download it to Power BI Desktop, but is not allowed. There are calculations and measures in the App that I would like to add to other data sources.
