An Azure relational database service.
Maybe intermittent issue with the browser. Did you try in other internet browser? Also it is also slow when you connect in SSMS?
At first, I used Edge. After that, I change it into Chrome and Internet Explorer, it still same issue. Not sure it cannot login due to MICROSOFT LEARN SANDBOX.
