API For partnerfinder

Hi,

I can't find any documentation for this resource:

/partnerfinder/v1/marketingprofiles on https://api.partnercenter.microsoft.com

Where can I find this documentation and what is the cost of being able to get data via this API - the $19USD sign-up fee for personal account via https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/publish/opening-a-developer-account ?

    Thanks for your answer - but that does not corroborate with what I have seen/heard elsewhere

    I understand that https://api.partnercenter.microsoft.com/partnerfinder/v1/marketingprofiles is available for what I am asking and others have been successfully able to get data (see screenshots - hard to read)

    So my questions in the OP still stand - would someone be able to help? I have not been able to find any documentation on it at all
