Data Lake Dashboard Metrics and Visualization (Azure Data Catalog for Data Lake Scope)

I don't have the need to create a common data taxonomy, lexicon, et cetera, across my tenant(s). I simply wish to be able to get visibility into individual Azure Data Lakes, at a glance, or on demand. So...

Given that you have an Azure Data Lake with Terabytes of data in numerous formats, which at least initially might have followed little-to-no governance strategy, are there tools to help you understand what is occurring with our data in the Lake, or something to help us visualize what types data we have in our Azure Data Lake? For example:

  1. A dashboard containing pie/bar charts with usage/access patterns of the data in the Lake (amount of staleness versus activity), and others, via time series;
  2. Visual Inventory Management/Aggregation - Showing what exists within the Data Lake ... different types of data (n-number/percentage of CSVs, PDFs, DOCXs, et cetera)

Thanks in advance,
Henry
