Factory reset phone caused microsoft authenticator to lose all codes

Question

As the title suggests, I'm having issues recovering the accounts associated to it after a factory reset of my phone. I've looked through the forum and couldn't find anything in particular that helped me. Anyone run into this issue and find a solution

factory reset clears all, you'll need to restore a recent backup.
