Regarding my missed exam

My MCP ID is 990057842. I missed my DP201 exam due to confusion of dates. Is it possible for you reactivate my voucher so that I can reschedule.

    If you fail to show up for your exam appointment or you don’t reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you forfeit your entire exam fee

    So you need schedule the exam again with fees or voucher if you have any
