    Hi Devi

Are you able to get into that clients laptop?

BSOD's are generally caused by a corrupt or incompatible device driver, to diagnose the underlying issue, I need to analyse your Mini-dump file(s):

    Open Windows File Explorer

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Zip up the contents of that folder

If you have problems zipping those files, copy them out onto your Desktop and zip them from there

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)

Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

Look in your event log to see what maybe has caused that error.

Also, you might look in Device Manager for red/yellow flags.

That is a generic error, can you please provide some more detail for use to work with, where are you seeing this error, what are you doing when this error pops up and if possible, please provide a screenshot or photo of the error you are seeing . . .
