Hi guys, just replying to let you know i have fixed my problem. I uninstalled my VR headset through Device Manager, then uninstalled

Windows Mixed Reality through Settings, then uninstalled Mixed Reality Portal through Settings, rebooted pc and started from fresh.

Everything reinstalled and all working well. Thank You for your help.

    Hi Blu3sman

    Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

    Go to Apps and scroll down to find the Mixed Reality Portal

    Uninstall that App from there

    Then go to the Microsoft Store and download the latest version of that App:

    Yes, I have a Lenovo Explorer VR headset. When it starts up it goes into a continuous loop and does not start properly.
