Use the disk that came with the printer and reinstall the printer.
I have done this with my Epson printers and it works.

I recently (August 19th, 2019) updated to Windows 10, 1903, and now my Epson Stylus Photo RX600 printer will not work. I've tried all the tricks and tips including uninstalling and installing, stopping and starting the print spooler, and contacting Epson with no results. There are no new drivers available for this printer.
I know the printer is connected, because the Scan function still works. Still, I've tried turning off the printer and pulling the power cord for a minute, unplugging the USB cord and reconnecting, but I still get the printer error message on my computer when I try to print. The printer does not show any errors or error codes.
I see that I'm not the only person who has had this problem and I've read all the answers I can find, so this is getting ridiculous.
Can anyone get to the bottom of this issue?

Thanks. I've read where others have done that too. Sometimes I've read where folks have reversed the update and then reinstalled the update and their printer started to work again.
Interesting note; my printer would not work when I tried to print a check from Quicken. I messed with it a bit, and then the check printer printed the check. But it hasn't worked since.
I'll try the uninstall of 1903 and see if that works.

In this case I am afraid that the new update apparently is not compatible with the software of your printer and that to give a solution to that problem, the best thing would be to return to the previous version of windows where if your printer worked correctly.
Many times it is due to lack of software compatibility

In this case I fear that it is a good solution and many in both forums in the community and personal users have recommended to do in this case, the jam when printing the check, sure it was due to something of the printer mechanism, occasionally it usually happens In some cases, and likewise any other help or suggestion you may or may need, we are at your service to help.
