Package update error - all files are .appxupload but error that previous were ".msixbundle or .appxbundle"

Hello! I am using visual studio in creating a UWP application package. Now I am trying to update packages. The first release packages had [.appxupload] extension. The second release packages have the same extension but got an error. The interesting thing that one package from the second release was uploaded without errors. But two have the error:

To update all packages for different architectures do I need to make three different submissions one by one? -

Yes. One package for one submission.

An app bundle (.appxbundle or .msixbundle) is preferred over a single app package file because it contains a collection of app packages configured for each type of processor architecture. So in the Generate app bundle listbox, yo could select always. When you choose to generate the app bundle, the app bundle will be included in the final app package upload (.appxupload or .msixupload) file and the package will contain all the architectures you've selected.
