find partial matches

Hello! 

My Windows made 6 updates this week. After those updates happened, I have been frustrated with Windows Files Explorer.

Working with Windows 10

Usually, whenever I would search a file in the Files Explorer, it would give me partial matches. Now, I need to press enter every time I want to research something, which is a thorn in my side. You see, partial results is wonderful when you need to find a file, but don't know where it is, etc. 

How do I get my partial matches back? 

I checked the options, didn't find anything useful.
