    Try resetting the store app:

Settings>Apps>apps & features find the store & check advanced, choose reset.

Hello, I’m Virginia an independent advisor with 20 years of expertise in fixing my own & friends’ PC problems.

Which Windows version are you running - 1809, 1903 or 1909?

Is Windows fully up to date?

What exactly is the error message?

Do you currently have or have ever installed iTunes from the Apple website?

I had problems with iCloud & iTunes not installing from the store & it was due to me not being fully up to date with Windows updates.

I have version 1909 and it is fully up to date as of Wednesday Feb 19th there is no error code just " encounted a error " this appears to be a store fault as I can get apps from other sources but not from the store and has been like this for 2 months with nothing I try working
