Hi,

My name is Cos.

My son has a Notebook - Asus  TUF gaming FX504 GE, Intel Core i5, with Nvidia Geforce GTX.

I installed Windows 10Pro N, 64-bit, and I have a problem with Nvidia driver.

From The Asus Page I tried to Install for this configuration Nvidia Drivers

https://www.asus.com/us/Laptops/ASUS-TUF-Gaming-FX504/HelpDesk\_Download/

But it appears this error: "This Nvidia graphics driver is not compatible with this version of Windows".

When I installed the driver from the Nvidia page, with Automatic Driver Update, https://www.geforce.com/drivers,  I have the same error: "This Nvidia graphics driver is not compatible with this version of Windows".

Please help!

Thank You

    Good day!

I actually have the same problem. I just recently reformatted my laptop and upgraded into windows 10 which was same from the previous. Already did the DDU install and uninstall path however did not work. Already tried downloading the driver for my Geforce 820M manually however it reports to be incompatible. I followed this thread and updated the windows however it reports its already upgraded. Current build is 18363.836. (will also attach screenshot) Can you help me with this please? Thanks

You're using a fairly old version of Windows 10. The current version is 1909. Please do an in-place upgrade of Windows 10 without affecting your files and apps:

    1. Download and create your Windows 10 ISO by clicking "Download Tool Now" and following the steps in this link:
      https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...
    2. Locate and right-click the ISO file, then click "Mount".
    3. Go to File Explorer and open the virtual drive where the ISO is mounted. It's usually labeled "ESD-ISO".
    4. Open setup.exe and follow the on-screen steps.

This process might take a while. Once it's completed, try installing the Nvidia driver updates again.

    Please reply whatever the results.

Okay. Have you tried installing an earlier version of the driver?

You can remove the current Nvidia driver using DDU and manually installing the driver by following the steps under Method 1 in the link below:

    https://appuals.com/this-nvidia-graphics-driver...

Also may I know what version of Windows you have installed? Current version is 1909.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Hello,

I'm your Independent Advisor for today. I know this can be frustrating, but don't worry. I'm here to figure this out for you.

Instead of using GeForce Experience, please try downloading the latest driver through the Manual Driver Search.

Also, please uninstall the Nvidia graphics card from Device Manager and make sure to delete the driver when prompted, then restart the computer. It will use basic driver to make the display work. You can then run the driver you got from Nvidia's website.

You can also use an earlier version of the driver and see if that works.

    Hope this helps.
