This is the penultimate in clueless support. The problem is clearly on the platform side for Solitaire. I have followed several troubleshooting steps, uninstall, reinstall scenarios and nothing works. I cannot access the Xbox Live Service in Solitaire Collection but I can in Mahjong and Jigsaw. It keeps saying I am not connected to the Internet. Simple ineptness. I have had enough of this runaround. This happens from time to time and eventually, they wise up. Well, I don't have the time for them to get their act together.

- Install any updates for the game and MS Store in MS Store Hub (three dots at top right of Store app) > Downloads & Updates.
- Run the MS Store Apps troubleshooter at Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
- See common issues with MS Solitaire app:

- Reset Microsoft Solitaire in Windows Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Microsoft Solitaire > Advanced Options > Reset. Restart PC.
- If that's not enough then Uninstall Solitaire from above location, restart PC, then reinstall from MS Store Hub (three dots at top right of Store app) > My Library.
