Unable to re-enable my Xbox Live Creators Program. Submission fails

I recently released a UWP game to the Windows Store. I had set up the Xbox Live Creator Program, but leaderboards weren't working. So I thought I would disable it, and re-enable the xbox Live section of the game, but the submission fails and say to try again later.

This is the error....

What is an acceptable time to wait before attempting re-submission? Does support require any other information to see if there is something I've done wrong? Does @Brian Dunnington Tyler MSFT still work in that part of the business?

You could try to open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic, and select App submissions and management for issue type. After that, you could contact the store team directly and ask about this error.

How do I contact the store team directly, as I've had issues with loading leaderboards in the past and didn't know who to turn to.

As I mentioned the support ticket link in my previous comment, you could follow the steps I told to contact the store engineers.
