When trying to create a new Azure Active Directory, clicking on the Create a New Resource, then AAD, I get a Network Error:

The request either timed out or your browser refused the connection. Check your network status, browser settings, browser extensions, or VPN settings for conflicts.
I've tried on multiple browsers all resulting in the same error. I'm a new Azure user, and this is my first attempt at creating a resource.
