SCOM & Agent Update

Hi.. we are in the midst of preparing to update SCOM and it's agents. the scom version installed is 7.1.10226.0 without any roll up. As of the SCOM agent's version is 7.1.10184.0 and the servers are running on Windows Server 2012 R2. The Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) version is 3.2.8145.0. Since this is the first time for the update and we are not experienced in it, i need assistance on step by step instruction for the update and also would like to know the dependencies and risks involved. Thanks
