    Hello Santossss,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

Thanks for your feedback, we understand that you are experiencing pin unavailability and we understand your concern.

Possible reasons for error 0xd0000225 are problems in Windows security settings, malware infection or corruption in ACL and NGC folders, I would like to invite you to share more details of the issue with me in order to better understand your problem:

Can I see the "Login Options" at login?

If so, click on the key on the left, which is the password login, and enter the corresponding Microsoft account password to log into the system.

If there is no password login option, I suggest you go into Safe mode to see if  the system itself has a problem. We can use this to isolate the problem as Safe Mode enables a minimal number of additional services or apps to rule out issues caused by personalized settings and third-party apps.

Visit Start your PC in safe mode in Windows (microsoft.com) to view the specific steps. Please follow these in order and report back what you discover.

If you are able to access the system, please proceed immediately to delete the current user PIN settings file and reset the PIN:

Go to the following path "C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft".

Find the "NGC" folder, backup and delete it, and then test whether you can reset the PIN code.

You can reset your PIN code under normal circumstances.

For the case that you can not receive the verification information, There are many possible reasons for this, including network problems, mailbox problems, and setup issues. You can refer to this document for more information: Troubleshooting verification code issues - Microsoft Support

Hope this helps,if the situation still persists, please reply to the above questions, which will determine our next step! and please feel free to reply me if anything is unclear ,thank you for your cooperation and Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards ,
