How to change from Company to Individual in Partner Center?

I didn't even want to register as "Company" but when I was registering, the "Individual" option was disabled and I didn't know why, so I just went with it.
Now I can't get the company verified after 2 days.
With all the frustration I have been through, I don't want to deal with it anymore, can I simply change to Individual and move on?
I did a search and many people from 2013 saying it's impossible, but now it's 2021, is it possible now?
