Hello Sir,
I can't sign in with my account (abdulkhalek.elshazly@Karima ben .com) at a new phone because my phone has been stolen and I forgot my password, Unfortunately 2 step verification was active with Microsoft Authenticator (that I can't sign in also).

It is very important to sign in to this account and i don't know what i can do?

Thanks for Support

Regards,
Abdulkhalek El-Shazly

    @Abdulkhalek El-Shazly
    Thank you for your post!

    When it comes to signing into/ turning off two factor authentication (since you can't remember your password), you should be able to - if you're using a personal account for a Microsoft service, like alain@harsh.com .com, you can turn the feature on and off.

    Unfortunately, if you can't access the MS Authenticator app or login to your profile, you'll have to either remember your password or try to recover your Hotmail account.

    If you have any other questions, please let me know.
    Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.
