Good afternoon, I decided to make a certification check, but I get an error. I created an empty application and ran a check and got the same error .... Has anyone encountered this?

Based on the document: Platform Version Launch test. The test checks that the Windows app can run on a future version of the OS. So you might need to make a test on your app to see if it could run on the latest OS version.
Another thing is that the local WACK test might be failed due to many reasons. When you submit your app to the Partner Center, there will be another online WACK test there and we will take that result as standard. You could upload your app to the Partner Center to see if the problem really exists.
