I am a NOC Specialist and I work for a US MSP, one of my main duties is to oversee all backup solutions by making sure we are up to date with our backups for all of our clients.
I oversee axcient, barracuda, azure, MSP360, veeam, Datto, just to name a few. If a backup fail for any machines I have to troubleshoot and resolve that issue.
My question is I want to know what SQL server certification is needed for me to have a full understanding of how to backup and restore sql database and allow my MSP company I work for to be able to offer that as a service to our clients.
