Are there any other ways to access a old account?

So I have been having an issue lately. My old phone broke and that had all my information for a different Microsoft account that I had used for a long time. Now the recovery email doesn't work either due to it being connected to my old phone and I can't remember the password to it while the recovery email to it is connected to my old Microsoft account. Now I've tried many times to send a verification form but I keep getting rejected. Now I'm blocked from my own Microsoft account in which I had to create this new one. However, I need to get into my old account. I have even tried logging into Skype but no luck there either. So I am currently stuck, frustrated, and all else bothered. I've tried to get into it for nearly a year and I don't know what to do. I try answering all the questions on the form as much as possible. But I still get rejected. Should I try to contact someone for help? What can I or should I do? Any help or advice would be grateful.
