i can still use my pc like i will be playing and it will randomly turn my monitor off and says no signal so i have to turn my pc off for it to work

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, Code 31 means the driver is unable to load into your device, can you still use the affected PC? or not at all? if not, is there a chance that you can run the PC in safemode? kindly follow the steps from the link below to go to safemode and run a clean installation of the display driver:
