Hi, thank you so much for that information, In that case, we need to run a Clean installation of the Nvidia driver, this is different from doing DDU or updating the driver as this will remove all entries and replace them with compatible ones, kindly follow the steps from the link below:

Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

Additional note: If the issue persists, I suggest removing the GPU and placing it into another PCIe port available, however, if all fails, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.

Hi, thank you so much for replying, you are correct, there is no file inside and as per checking and analyzing the event files you have, there are general errors on the event files, moreover kindly follow the steps below for us to fix the issue:

Method 1. Run system file checker.

On Powershell(admin), copy, paste, and enter each command below:

    sfc /scannow

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Once done restart the PC and check.

    Method 2. Do clean boot:

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
    • On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
    • Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
    • Close Task Manager.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Note: If the issue persists, kindly check if you have Minidump files again and upload it, in addition, if all fails, we will run a system repair on the PC.

    • Hey! Thanks for helping me out with this one Bernard, performance wise, it doesn't give me anything, though, when the error happens, it always freezes and restarts (only screen it shows me is a black screen, no blue screen or so).
    • Here are the system logs: SystemLogs.evtx

Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, the error is actually related to the PCI driver and or motherboard peripherals, in addition, this error comes from event logs right? Is there any particular error on the PC like performance or system failure issues?

While waiting, can you please check the System logs on the PC so we can further examine the root cause of the issue?

To do this kindly follow the steps from this link:
