How do I get standard OpenCensus trace data into Azure Monitor Insights without installing an SDK into my project?

I have a project that is already instrumented for OpenCensus and I would like to be able to use its tracing data in Application Insights/Monitor Insights.

How do I go about doing this? My assumption is that given that Monitor is GA, it would have had some kind of agent/forwarder by now?

    Ongoing work on Implementation of the exporter waiting for merge in the contrib repo #380 .
