I have a newly built pc, and I purchased a copy of Windows 11 Pro USB from an online vendor. The usb key was in the original packaging and sealed, so it wasn't tampered with. I have tried numerous times to activated, but it keeps failing. I have reinstalled Windows several times, and fresh installs on an empty drive. I keep getting error codes 0x803FA067 and\or 0xC004C003. This is very frustrating, as I don't understand why it won't work. I have also tried 2 times using phone activation, and all failed to activate.

Hello, I’m Virginia, a fellow user like yourself.
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems. May I ask which Windows 11 build are you running - 21H2 or 22H2?
From which vendor did you purchase the USB & key? Are they Microsoft official resellers?
Have you tried the generic key to activate Pro then entered the key?

The price you paid is too low - Pro usually sells for £199/$199 approximately, with Windows 11 it may even be more, however genuine bargains can be found.
Please try disconnecting from the internet, turning on airplane mode & try entering the original key again to see if it activates.
In case some files have been changed please try-
Right click on start & choose powershell/terminal with admin & type/copy & paste these cmds one at a time then click Enter:
SFC /SCANNOW
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
The user has 1 rating which states the key couldn’t be activated. I suspect they’re selling counterfeit licenses or volume keys.
You can use a generic key to activate Windows if you have a genuine license.
I would contact Amazon.
Thank you for the reply Virginia.
The build is 22H2. I purchased the USB\key from Amazon.ca (Sold by IDomaratskyi shop and Fulfilled by Amazon.) I don't know if they are official Microsoft resellers. I have posted a screenshot of the page from which I purchased it from. I have not tried any generic keys, as I didn't know you could do that, I just used the key that was supplied on the card that came inside the packaging with the USB stick. I will try that now. Thank you for the help, I will let you know the outcome.
