Flight simulator insert a disc

Question

Have had plenty of problems with msfs 20 and now i get a message asking me to insert a microsoft flight simulator game disc even though it is a digital version!!! 

please help me solve this problem! Thanks

This disk and computer were left at the permanent residency in Bloomington.  Flying Cloud Airport was where we began.  We had a disk to learn and help us to decide to paint the house Orange.  I also took a long time to learn the lessons of futility and why not to scream in the middle of the night.

The display on the disk looks like a target.  Repeatedly tried and failed to land the jet until eventually the list was accepted in the order I tried it in.  Vocal requested were needed and I had a hard time looking at and sometimes even finding the checklist we used to learn how to fly the Cherokee in the first place.  Somehow "lost" the plane and don't remember where we put it any longer.

"Known Issue: Some users seeing a "Please insert the Microsoft Flight Simulator disc" error when launching the game on Windows 10.

Workaround: In order to play the game digitally on Windows 10, you will need to have the Digital Ownership File installed as it is required to grant the necessary permissions to play. If you already have this file installed and are running in to this error, please uninstall and reinstall this file only and this should resolve the issue. There is no need to uninstall the entire 127+GB base game files. Uninstalling this small 10MB file is all that will be needed."
