how to fix error code 0xc0000001

Hi when i switch on my laptop i get this code  0xc0000001  i have pressed the windows key as instructed but it doesn't  respond when i press the windows recovery option, can anyone help please

    We will proceed to follow the following steps to try to solve the error code that appears on your screen.

    We proceed to follow these steps.

    Step 1: Restart your PC. Press the "Shift + F8" key when the Windows screen begins to load.

    Step 2: Select these options in order: "Troubleshoot"> "Advanced Options"> "Startup Settings". Finally, click "Restart."

    Step 3: After rebooting, press "F4" to enable safe mode.

    Step 4: In safe mode, press the "Win + R" key to go to "Windows Settings" and select "Applications and Features" and then uninstall the software that was recently installed. Finally, restart your PC.

    Hi Thanks for swift reply tried your suggestions but i don't get the option it just tells me to press the windows key then a list of options come i have pressed on the recovery option but nothing happens?
