- When you say “When I try to scan, an error message pops up”, what’s the complete error message that you receive?
- How is the printer/scanner connected to the PC? e.g. wired/wireless
Meanwhile, I suggest you refer and follow the suggestion from the article on ScannerDoes Not Work and Scanning Problems and see if that helps.
