Hi Mike

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

Your minidump file indicates a Windows driver named Pci.sys as the cause of your system crashes, because that is a built-in driver and your Windows 10 version is not up to date, you should click the link below, then click 'Update Now' on that page to download the Update Assistant, then run that to immediately get 20h2 and bring your PC right up to date and see if that stabilizes Windows 10

Hi Dave, it's now been 21 days since I have had a fault/event!

I know it's tempting fate, as I usually regret making positive comments, particularly involving IT problems, but it is looking as if your advice to upgrade to 20H2 has been the solution to my problem.

    Thanks for your help.

    Mike

Hi Dave, thanks for your reply.

I have to admit that I have been reluctant to do the upgrade to 20H2, as, from previous experience of upgrading Windows 10 versions, it usually means that my Downloads, Documents and Pictures folders have been 'wiped' by the process, and I have had to reinstate their contents from my backup hard drive.

I was, therefore, delighted that this upgrade left the contents of these folders untouched, and that all my settings and downloaded apps were left still intact, even my Background and lock screens are still as set up by me!

Any way, my Livekernelevents and Bluescreens have been occurring at irregular times, sometimes every other day, sometimes up to 7 days between them.

In view of this, I will have to wait and see if, or (hopefully) not, they re-occur.

I will keep you posted on events, whether they are positive or not, but give it at least a week to see if your solution is the one!

    Thanks again for your help.

    Mike
