At the second screen please selevt Memory, not CPU. And please try to catch the moment with high disk load.
High disk/page file usage from System without explanation

Hi, my computer has recently become unusable due to high disk and page file usage from the System/NT Kernel Process. I check for updates twice a day(one update seemed to have issues installing recently and there was no confirmation it installed) and installed a malware/virus scanner. This seemed to work for a while as antimalware service was constantly using the disk even without a scan running.
The problem has returned and System will occasionally reach 50MBps of disk usage without any kind of explanation even after checking for updates manually, I've checked numerous questions that have been posted and tried various solutions without lasting results. like SFC scans, disabling sysmain/superfetch, search indexing and reducing the amount of apps running. System seems to be constantly using the pagefile without an obvious reason for doing so.
A system reset solved the problem for about 12 hours before it returned, the system was responsive for a short while. I've provided some images below and would appreciate any help, thank you.

2021-10-10T22:56:05+00:00 After an application restart, the program using 5 GB of ram seems to be using less RAM even under identical conditions, the disk usage issue seems to not be happening right now. The application has generally been responsive before under these conditions until recently, I will try to get another screenshot when the disk usage and RAM usage is high again, here is a current screenshot.

Here is the disk usage staying low as the application's ram usage approaches 5 GB. Im hoping it stays stable for now.

System process may do a lot of work on behalf on running programs.
And seems you have not enough RAM for all apps you are running so system actively uses page file for swapping.
Please run Task manager, open Performance tab, select Memory at the lefr and show the screenshot.
