video indexer transcript line timestamps question

Hi,

I noticed the timestamps on my video transcript lines (generated from video indexer) are not consistent with the video timestamps when I watch the words being said. For example, the transcript timeline says a set of words being said from 00:00:25.610 to 00:00:30.972, while when I watch the video, the actual time period of the words being said is from 00:00:35 to 00:00:38. Could you explain why it is the case? Is there a way I can get the transcripts with the correct timestamps?
