So I have an account for just me and my business (although im the only one and there was no IT infrastructure or anything set up basically just a new account) , and I have been unable to log into the IT account because of the MFA. I don't really remember setting up an MFA but now I can't login to the account. The only options for logging in are through the MFA which I don't have access to. So I'm basically locked out of my account and can't do anything to recover it.
