Copy a Sharepoint List from one Site to another

Question

I need to copy a Sharepoint list from one Sharepoint (2010) site to another (Sharepoint Office 365) however the Save As Template option is not available to me. It there another way to do this? Note: I am not conversant with Coding.
I have tried recreating the list on the new site, exporting the data from old site to excel and the trying to upload the information from excel to the new site list but this didn't work.
