Can you tell me what version of Windows 10 you have? Press the Windows key + R then enter Winver

I've tried that all and it still won't work, when I press the window key + the up or down arrow that minimise the window but that's the only thing that has started to work

    Hi Emily,

Try to press the Windows key + Arrow keys on an active window and see if the snap assist works.

If still not, some have reported that zooming in and out fixed the Snap issues. You can go to Settings > System > Display and under "Change the size of text, apps and other items", change it to 125% then change it back to 100%.

If that still didn't fix the problem, you can run diagnostics using System File Checker and DISM.

Hi Emily, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

Check options two and three to make sure that Snap Assist is turned on from the Control Panel and Registry.

If all options are already enabled there, does your computer have tablet mode? If so, try to disable it to see if it Snap Assist will work.
