Ever since I downloaded July 12, 2022—KB5015807 on 7/15/2022 I've been having tpm error 14 spamming in my even viewer when I play Valorant. It only happens when i start up valorant. I've reinstalled windows 10 twice, updated all my bios including amd x570 chipset and nvidia. In my device manager its saying the tpm 2.0 is working properly and no issues in my device security unless i go directly to security processor to see whats in the picture. I can't figure any of this out and ive done everything even reseting my tpm a few times.

I didn't suggest to reinstall Windows 10 which is not even indicated. The fixes I gave should be all you need.

Do you have the latest BIOS update and chipset, all other drivers from the MSI website for your exact PC model?

I just gave you multiple steps to try. I'm waiting here for the results of the steps so I know what else to suggest. Instead you repeated the problem which I already understood.

This is an interactive process. I give steps to perform, you do each one and then report back results until something works, so I know what to suggest next. If you need help performing any step, just ask back. But please do not skip any steps. We often find out the skipped step is the fix.

Hi GF. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, here to help you.

TPM is a BIOS function so do you have the latest BIOS Update and chipset drivers installled from the PC or motherboard manufacturer's Support Downloads web page for your exact model? That would be where to start.

    Then clear the TPM:

    https://www.nextofwindows.com/how-to-clear-and-...

If necessary here's how to Troubleshoot the TPM and error 14:

    https://www.makeuseof.com/how-fix-trusted-modul...

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/w...

If none of this works to correct the interface with Windows then contact your PC or motherboard manufacturer as they are responsible for the TPM which is hardware.

If your PC is not still under first year warranty and you cannot extend the warranty, they may still help you, or you can get help in their forums. You can also get specialized help in the best hardware forums Tom's Hardware forums here: https://forums.tomshardware.com/

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.
